Refund policy

At Monozo, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return and refund process simple and hassle-free.

1. Return Policy (7-Day Window)

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Images (in case of damaged/wrong product)

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved:
    • We will share return instructions
    • A return shipping label may be provided (if applicable)
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images so we can resolve the issue quickly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Sale items and gift cards

Additionally, we do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item
  2. Placing a new order after return approval

7. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI (details will be requested)
